Maori tattoo shoulder design

I'm really sorry but you should not have created a business making these tattoo designs without understanding the culture properly. Maori have a very long history of fighting to keep their culture alive and respected, and our country has become a good modern example of respect for our indigenous people (Mostly though we definitely still have issues) and I would feel wrong if I saw your page and your website and didn't say something. I dont mind if someone wants to copy a style of art or cultural symbol that does not hold such exclusive traditions - say getting a flag or an animal or an existing public work as a tattoo; but these tattoos in new zealand generally require a sit-down with a person who either is Maori or has the approval of Maori to create and tattoo designs on people. 

This is definitely an offensive way to use symbols of this culture. I don't think putting a disclaimer absolves you from responsibility in understanding these symbols are not meant to be arbitrarily appropriated, but if you have a rebuttal or some piece of information that says otherwise I would love to know.
